Thunder Mountain Bikes

I’ve been a competitive and recreational rider for 25 years residing from the northeast and felt completely “at home” with my experience at TMB. The crew asked all the right questions, set up my bike 95% perfect ( the rider is responsible for dialing in the rest with perfect air pressure, seat height etc). It shifted great, the brakes were perfect and the quality of interaction was casual but highly professional. I can’t recommend this shop more for any rider looking to get an authentic and professional experience. You can’t do better than TMB. Jean Paul

Im an old mountain biker and one of my "bucket list" rides was Sedona. I contacted GiGi via phone roughly a month before I was to arrive. When I walked into Thunder Mountain Bikes I was greeted warmly like an old friend. It was very busy but the staff still took the time to speak with me. I rented a fantastic bike, Revel Rail 29er. for the next day. When I got there GiGi greeted me and said my bike was ready. I asked her about the trail system and she gave me some fantastic pointers. I did the West Sedona Tour and hit a few other trails also. The bike was amazing. When I got back the crew at the shop asked how my ride went and seemed genuinely interested my feed back. This is how a fantastic bike shop is supposed to be run! Ill see you guys in April 24!

I was in Sedona at the beginning of May and rented a lovely mountain bike from Thunder Mountain Bikes. The whole staff was friendly and very supportive on getting me the right gear to have the best experience possible. Which I DID. Wow. I was in love with the bike I rented and the trails I rode. I greatly appreciate all the help and assistance. I highly suggest if you are in the area and are thinking of going mountain biking, do it and rent your bikes from Thunder Mountain Bikes!

I don’t have enough room for all the positive things I’d like to say about this shop and the team. To sum it up, they’re AWESOME! Helpful, informative, efficient, thorough and enthused. I started mountain biking with a Thunder Mountain bike and they have been with me every step of the way. They’ve answered my sometimes silly questions with professionalism, helped me with broken parts and got my bike back to me in very little time. I know I can rely on this shop with anything I might need or want. Great inventory and wonderful attitudes! Thanks for allowing me to grow within this community and being my go-to shop always!

The entire crew over at TMB went above and beyond with my recent bike purchase! I've had bad experiences in the past purchasing rental bikes from other shops, but when I went in looking around Gigi and James assured me that if there were any issues they would be taken care of, and they were! The guys in the back took care of any and all things that came up and Eric even worked with me to dial in the fork which I was having a hard time with as I'm used to lower end forks and gave me quite the crash course in Fox forks. They even worked with me to get my crank set on there and get the drivetrain set up to match and really dial the bike in for me. If you're thinking of buying a used bike, I highly recommend checking out TMB! And if you're riding in Sedona stop in and snag up a souvenir they have awesome shirts, gloves and socks! Or if you need any help they're always happy to assist! Seriously though thank you all for everything you all did to get me out on the trails on this awesome Ibis Ripley AF!! Happy trails🤙
